1- HIPS AND LEGS: Using your palms, apply oil to the pelvic area, hips, sacrum, and buttocks in slow, up-and-down and circular motions. Move to the left hip, then massage down the left leg and foot, followed by the right side.
2- NAVEL, TORSO AND BACK: Apply oil in circular motions around the navel, spiralling outwards, then move vertically along the torso and chest, repeating for both sides. Cover the back, focusing on the spine.
3- ARMS: Massage down each arm and hand, using long strokes on muscles and circular motions on joints.
4- FACE AND NECK: Apply and massage the oil evenly onto your neck, face, and scalp (this can be done on hair wash days).
Cover yourself with a towel and relax for a few minutes (ideally 10-20 minutes) before taking a warm bath or shower. There's no need to wash off the oil with soap; simply let the warm water work its magic.
The longer you can relax with the oil on, the better but if you do not have the time, just hop in the shower after applying your oil.
