SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public & Bank Holidays will aim to be dispatched the next working day. During busier periods it may take longer for your order to be shipped. Please note that the times stated below are estimates and sometimes deliveries may take longer.

UK:

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery in the UK for orders over £40

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx. 2-4 business days from dispatch): £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (approx.1-2 business days from dispatch): £6.95

You can track your order using your tracking number through the Royal Mail website at any time. 

 

EU– IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING NEW REGULATIONS

From March 2026, some EU countries introduced a handling fee on every low-value parcel (under €150) imported from non-EU countries like the UK. This fee applies per product type on your customs declaration and is separate from any taxes or duties.

Because this regulation is very new, we are currently temporarily pausing shipments to the EU until we have clearer guidance on how to manage this for our customers.

If you're in the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@vayuliving.com, and we'll do our best to find a solution or advise on the latest situation.

We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to resume shipping to the EU as smoothly as possible once the guidelines are clearer.
